Refund & Exchange Policy

At The Book Coven, every Blind Date with a Book bundle and mystery box is thoughtfully curated just for you. Because our products are mystery experiences and personalized selections, we do not offer refunds or returns on these items.

However, if you receive a book that you already own, we are happy to offer an exchange for a different title of equal value.

Exchange Eligibility

To request a book exchange:

• Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
• The book must be unused and in original condition
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
